Whether you’re going to be with friends and family and you’re looking for something to do, or you happen to be out and about by yourself, Los Angeles is the place to be for New Year’s Eve.
- If you want something family friendly and affordable, look no further than Grand Park New Year’s Eve LA. Three-blocks worth of park will be decorated and utilized to provide attendees with a colorful and exciting way to celebrate the New Year. With space to accommodate 50,000 people, those who show up will be treated to a DJ, live performances, food, drinks and an interactive countdown clock.
- Feel like partying like it’s 1999? Head over to Rapture NYE Edition at The Satellite in Silverlake. An 80s and 90s music party, attendees will be serenaded by the likes of Salt-n-Peppa, Madonna, Prince, Backstreet Boys and more! Those who get there before 10 p.m. will be let in for free, those who do not will have to pay $10.
- Looking for something a little different? A little … spooky, perhaps? Why not ring in the New Year aboard the Queen Mary? The event will include food, drinks, live musical performances, DJs, and a special cocktail menu highlighting drinks from around the world. Sounds like a good time, doesn’t it? General admission includes on-board entertainment and party favors, but not food and drinks. VIP admission grants access to VIP decks and 3 cocktails. Oh, and sorry kids, it’s 21 and over.
No matter what you choose to do where where you plan to go, remember to stay safe. If you choose to consume alcohol, find a safe ride home whether it be a taxi, a designated driver, or one of the many ride apps on your phone. Law enforcement will be out in droves looking for anyone who exhibits the signs of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and are instituting a zero-tolerance policy on anyone they catch on the road. Additionally, they will be conducting DUI checkpoints and saturation patrols all over the city.
From all of us at Adventure Bail Bonds to you, have a safe and happy New Year!
