San Bernardino County Inmate Locator
The Glen Helen Rehabilitation Center was first opened in 1960 as a work camp for male inmates. However, in 1988, a female facility was opened and it is now the primary location to house both pre and post-trial female inmates. The facility has a total population capacity of 1024 inmates, with 326 of those beds being for females. That being said, if you’re looking to bail out a female inmate, odds are she’s located at the Glen Helen Rehabilitation Center.

Visiting hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 530 p.m. and all appointments must be made at least 24-hours in advance. To book a visitation appointment, call 909-887-0364.
Do I have to Use a Bondsman?
Bail bonds, also known as “surety bonds,” provide financial incentive to the court to allow an inmate to be released from custody pending their trial. When bail is set, it can be pretty expensive, and most people don’t have the cash to hand over to the court clerk to secure someone’s release. When you deal with a bail bondsman, the cost to bail someone out is far less expensive.
As long as your friend or loved one shows up, on time to all of their court dates, there is no further responsibility on your part. However, if they do not show up for court, then you will be liable for paying the full amount of bail. Therefore, it is best to only bail out those whom you know and trust.
The Bail Bond Process
With our company, we pride ourselves on making the bail bond application process as easy and stress-free for our clients as possible. When you call us, we will need a bit of information about the inmate in order to locate him or her within the system and verify their eligibility for bail. Once that’s been established, we have you fill out the short, simple bail bond application forms and sign the indemnitor’s agreement and that’s it! We will provide you with a receipt, dispatch one of our agents to the jail and your friend or loved one will be released shortly thereafter.
The bail bond process can be handled from anywhere. If you are unable to meet with us in person, or are simply more comfortable at your home or office – that’s fine by us! We can take you through the bail process via phone, fax or email.
Financing Options
We will meet and beat any locally advertised price! We add no additional charges or fees when you work with us, nor do we charge interest if you choose to finance your bail bond. Our goal is to help you get your friend or loved one out of jail as fast as possible, not to put financial stress on families. For clients who are interested in financing the cost of a bail bond, we have several flexible payment plans that are designed to fit a variety of budgets. Regardless of how you choose to pay, we never include any additional fees, charges or interest.
