Why Bail Someone Out?

When someone has been arrested and taken into custody, their life on the outside world is put immediately on hold. They cannot attend work, school, take care of family obligations or even search for legal counsel. When you bail someone out of jail, it not only allows them to continue living their life as they await their court date, but it can be a tremendous load off their shoulders as they are able to put their life in order, should they expect to spend time in jail.

The Bail Bond Process

Bailing someone out begins by giving us a call and providing us with their name, birth date and date and time of arrest. We’ll use the information to locate them and verify that they are indeed eligible for bail. Then, we have you fill out the short, simple bail bond application forms and sign the indemnitor’s agreement. Last, we send someone to the jail to post the bond and your friend or loved one will be released a short time later.

If you’re unable to meet with us in person, we can easily handle the entire bail bond process via phone, fax or email.

Paying for a Bail Bond

We will meet and beat any locally advertised price! We add no additional charges or fees when you work with us, nor do we charge interest if you choose to finance your bail bond. Our goal is to help you get your friend or loved one out of jail as fast as possible, not to put financial stress on families. For clients who are interested in financing the cost of a bail bond, we have several flexible payment plans that are designed to fit a variety of budgets. Regardless of how you choose to pay, we never include any additional fees, charges or interest.

We accept major debit/credit cards, including Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover as well as cash, business and personal checks, money orders, bank account transfers and money wire.
