Visiting Hours
It is best to adhere to all visiting rules and regulations prior to visiting an inmate. Inmates are allowed one 30 minute visit per day, Friday – Sunday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Each visit is limited to 2 adults and one child under 5. If a minor wishes to visit the inmate without an adult, they must be a blood relative.
Attorneys are not restricted to these visiting hours and are able to see inmates any time, and clergy may visit any day during regular business hours 8:00 am – 6:00 pm.
Other Options for Release
As mentioned above, bail bonds are not the only options for release from jail. After booking and processing, it is possible to be released via one of several methods.
- Own Recognizance – This is when an arrestee is released with a written agreement that he or she will appear for court at the date and time appointed.
- Property Bond – A property Bond is when someone puts up a home or real estate against in order to meet bail requirements.
- Cash Bonds – Arguably one of the priciest choices, a cash bond is when someone pays the entire bail amount in cash.
- Cited Out – This is typically only used for very minor offenses and involves a defendant promising to appear in court at the appointed time.
We believe a bail bond is the fastest, most efficient way of having your loved one or friend released. And we can handle yours professionally, privately and quickly.
