Getting Started with a Bond

If you’d like to get your friend or loved one out of custody at the 77th Street Jail as fast as possible, then give us a call. We will need the full name of the defendant, as well as their birth date and the date and time of their arrest.

Once we have this information, we will verify that the inmate is eligible for bail. After that, there will be a few forms that need to be signed by you, and then we can post the bail bond. It usually takes a few hours after the bail bond has been posted for it to go through the system and for an arrestee to be released. This period is unavoidable so the sooner you call, the sooner they’re out.

Bail by Fax or Email

If you’re out of the area, or it isn’t convenient to meet with us in person, the entire bail bond application process can be handled over the phone, or via fax or email. You don’t even need to be in the same city or the State to bail someone out.

We can easily explain all the information to you over the phone and walk you through filling out the forms if need be.

If you’d like more information on 77th Street Jail, or want to get the bail bond process started right now, call and speak with a friendly, licensed bail bondsman now at 855-414-BAIL (2245). We know this can be a stressful time, and we’re here to help you through it.
