Typically, when someone is arrested in Orange County they are taken to a smaller jail facility at the local police station where they undergo the booking and processing procedure. Once this is complete, bail is set for those who are eligible and an inmate can be release should a bail bond be posted.

If no bond is posted, then inmates are often transferred to one of the larger facilities listed above to await their arraignment in court. It’s probably best to try and bail a detainee out from one of the smaller police stations due to the fact that transfer to a larger facility will add significant time to their stay in custody as they are obliged to undergo booking and processing all over again at the new location.

No matter where you are, one of our bail agents can help you. We can either meet you at the jail, your home or office, and even handle the entire process over the phone or by fax or email. Our goal is to make the entire process as quick and easy for you as possible.

Why Bail Someone Out?

Bailing someone out of jail will allow them to continue with their day to day life while meeting their court obligations. Being in police custody can cause jobs to be lost, classes to be failed and can make it impossible to attend to family issues.

Bailing your friend or loved one out of jail will give them the opportunity to continue living their day to day life and, if need be, get their business in order before an extended stay in jail.
